Our company has 38000  square meters of standardized industrial plant, including 3700 square meters of office area and 34300 square meters of workshop, allowing for high production capacity.

The annual sales of instant noodles in India ranks third in the world, surpassing Japan and Vietnam, and just behind China and Indonesia. The customers from India saw our noodle machines at the Canton Fair and showed great interest. In the process of communication, we realized that the customers is a local instant noodle manufacturer in India, with their own brand and market.

Since their instant noodle equipment has been used for a long time, they came to China this time to investigate the local instant noodle market and look for new instant noodle production line equipment.

During the conversation at the exhibition, customers showed great interest in our new fried square noodle production line, because this noodle production line can not only replace the existing production line, but also increase the output and reduce the number of workers. At the exhibition site, we have appointed a time for factory inspection and visit.

Two months later, the customer led the team to inspect the factory and put forward an idea for our further cooperation: They hope Dongfang Machinery can participate in the renovation plan of old equipment in addition to providing new noodle machinery. Because the old noodle processing equipment has been operated for many years, the production efficiency is reduced and the maintenance cost is increased. However, they do not want to give up the current instant noodle production line, and hope that we can help solve the existing problems.

During the meeting, we had a detailed discussion on the configuration of the new noodle processing equipment, plant layout, and facility installation, and finally signed the contract. When we are engaged in the installation of the new equipment, we will participate in the renovation of the customer's old equipment on site.
